Unique selling points (USPs)

Have you recently set up your own business or are you trying to expand?

From meeting many business owners, I’ve realised the successful ones always know their unique selling point.

So, why would someone use your services over the competition? What is your edge?

For instance, if you’re a web developer, you can be the cheapest – but that would make you a busy fool. You could have an innovative product – and then it sells itself. More than likely though, you’re USPs are going to be customer service driven.

A lot of our clients come to Darcey & Bate because we will have evening and weekend appointments. Many of our clients like our ultra quick turnaround. Many like our jargon free approach. These are our USPs.

Why would a customer use you over your competition? Think about what your business USPs are or will be.
